A certified counselor can help you find options to avoid foreclosure and work out the best plan for you and your family.

We will help you review your current mortgage, financial situation and available resources and help you develop an action plan. Our goal is to make sure that you understand all of the options that are available to you.
Documents to Bring with You
Gather your original loan documents, recent statements and correspondence from your lender/servicer, monthly bills, proof of income (paystubs, benefit award letters, unemployment), bank statements, tax returns and other financial documents. If you have trouble locating these documents, please keep your appointment. We will assist you. Do not delay.
