Ronald Harvey - Executive Director
Ronald Harvey has served as the President of Dominion Financial Management, Inc. since 2001. He joined the staff full-time in October of 2007 and has most recently become our Executive Director. He has managed a homeownership center, and has developed and delivered training programs locally and nationally since 2001. Mr. Harvey is certified by Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation/Tennessee Housing Development Agency (Homebuyer Education), the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (Homebuyer Education and Learning Program [HELP] and Loss Mitigation) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (Money Smart Adult Education Program).
Regina Harvey - Program Director
Regina Harvey has served as the Executive Director of Dominion Financial Management, Inc., since 2001 but has most recently taken the role of Program Director. She has developed financial literacy and homebuyer education materials used throughout Middle Tennessee, concentrating in Davidson and Rutherford Counties. Mrs. Harvey is certified by Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation/Tennessee Housing Development Agency (Homebuyer Education), the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (Homebuyer Education and Learning Program [HELP] and Loss Mitigation) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (Money Smart Adult Education Program).
Marcus Lyons - Counselor
Marcus Lyons has conducted Fast Track Homebuyer Education Classes for Dominion Financial Management, Inc. since 2005. He is a Certified Counselor with a Masters in Clinical Christian Counseling. Mr. Lyons is certified by Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation/Tennessee Housing Development Agency (Homebuyer Education), the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (Loss Mitigation) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (Money Smart Adult Education Program). He currently delivers the Realizing the American Dream comprehensive training program and provides individual counseling services.
Lisa Crawford - Program Assistant
Lisa Crawford has returned to Dominion Financial Management in 2009 as our Program Assistant. Previously, Lisa worked from 2006 to 2008 as our Administrative Assistant. Lisa supports our programs by maintaining our client management systems, coordinating counselors, scheduling clients and providing intake services to new clients.
Sue Turpin - Foreclosure Assistant
Sue Turpin has served Dominion Financial Management since 2008 in various roles including program assistant, internal program auditor and intake assistant. She has most recently taken on responsibility for supporting the foreclosure prevention counseling efforts by coordinating files and contacting lenders and servicers for status of solutions to avoid foreclosure.
Amy Stratton - Volunteer Coordinator
Amy Stratton began with Dominion Financial Management in the summer of 2009 as one of two interns responsible for developing a volunteer counseling program. Amy has continued as the Volunteer Coordinator and is responsible for volunteer applications, screening, scheduling and maintaining volunteer counselor records.
Ross Harvey - Technical Support
Ross Harvey has been with Dominion Financial Management, Inc. since 2004. He began as a volunteer and now serves as coordinator of technical operations. Mr. Harvey has completed training in computer hardware and database management.
